Managing My Vaping and Marijuana Use: A Personal Strategy for Responsible Habits

I had always been intrigued by cigarettes and e-cigarettes, even as a young woman in my twenties. I’d experimented with cigarettes and alcohol, and while I enjoyed the sensation, I knew they weren’t good for me. Health risks aside, the odor was also intolerable.


Though I didn’t want to make it a regular habit, vaping was something I still found to be enjoyable on occasion. That’s why I went in search of a method by which I could enjoy both activities without negatively impacting anyone else.

I decided to make a conscious effort to divide my vaping and smoking routines. I’ve made the decision to only vape when I’m not smoking marijuana and vice versa. Because of this, I was able to strike a healthy and responsible balance between the two activities.


It wasn’t always simple; there were times when I seriously considered picking up my vape and smoking a few joints. But I was able to control myself because I knew it wouldn’t be beneficial.


I’ve also made an effort to limit my weed and vapor use. I paced myself and made sure to give my body time to rest in between workouts.

This strategy has served me well, and I’m relieved to report that I’ve achieved a healthy equilibrium between smoking marijuana and vaping. I can still take part in both, but I now do so with a greater awareness of the impact on my body and my bank account, and a consequent improvement in my general well-being.


All in all, I’m glad that I’ve found a way to partake in tobacco and electronic cigarette use without being irresponsible. It’s not always easy, but I’m confident that I can continue to partake in these activities in a way that is both healthy and enjoyable with a little bit of self-control and discipline.
